Construction of our houses and residential lots started out in South Circle Place, Crystal Heights and Country Club West. We are currently building in O’Brien Lake and Northridge.

K.C.M. and Devonshire pride themselves on giving the homeowner a positive buying experience with exceptional customer service. This process starts at purchase agreements and continues throughout the post possession warranty.
